The Universal Sand Scraper 

is designed to be used when the pipeline is partially blocked with sand or silt.

To Use:

Attach it to the end of the Universal Rods and insert into the pipeline. The rods are then pushed until you feel the scrape folding over the sand. Push a little further and then pull back to the manhole.
