The Universal Clearing Wheel 

guides the rods around difficult bends and removes minor blockages by pushing material clear.

To Use:

To use, attach it to the end of the Universal Rods and insert into the pipeline. Continue pushing the rods along the pipeline until the blockage is reached. Try to push the blockage loose and keep pushing it, until the next access point is reached, where it can be removed.
